Classes
I love to teach Hatha Yoga, a practice which combines breath, body & mind.
Each class starts with relaxation and breathwork to centre the mind and body, before moving into slow flow movements to gently increase circulation and strengthen the body.
I love to finish each class with a lying guided meditation to allow the postures to truly work their magic, leaving the body relaxed and refreshed.
My classes are accessible for everyone; big boobs, tight hamstrings and creaky joints are never a barrier to practicing yoga!
Yoga is a highly individual practice, so we use props and modify poses to suit you, so everyone can connect with and learn from their body.
